New times - new leadership. People's self-image and expectations have changed. Future-oriented managers implement a clear vision with an appreciative relationship culture and genuine business values. They actively promote the development of potential, while fostering loyalty and a sense of belonging to the company. In turn, employees who feel a sense of belonging develop a sense of purpose, identification and motivation.
Together with the renowned organisational developer Kambiz Poostchi, we train our managers in systemic thinking according to the OSM® approach in a specially designed course. The aim of the project "Kaiserschaft 2.0 - Systematic Leadership im Tourism" is to train managers to become systemically oriented leaders and to promote the development of employees in becoming independent, entrepreneurial and sustainable intrapreneurs.
